Blue Hubbard squash soup
This went along with the beef stew last night. I had come across a good number of BIG Blue Hubbards last week at the Conway Farmers market and could not resist including them into this weeks delivery. Groovy Beef Barley Stew
Boy this was tasty! Kari Godsill and I whipped this up for dinner just last night. To be really fair I helped her with the slicing and dicing of the veggies and grass fed beef from the Berkshires.
