The fields are really giving it up now ! The cucumbers, squashes and peas are in full force. Tomatoes are setting fruit like there’s no tomorrow. Wow.

Farmer T's Local Buckwheat Pancake Mix!
I’m really digging this recent creation. Made from hearty local grown and milled buckwheat and whole wheat flour it also contains organic cornmeal and organic sweat brown rice flour to lend a nice loftiness. Aluminum free baking powder provides levening.

Alexis and I are in our way :)
I pushed the vans departure time back a couple of hours so that we could be dropping in the late afternoon and evening. This will make for a shorter wait time with all the nice doormen and in the hallways. It should also make for less time battling traffic in town. We’ll see how this goes today and adjust again next week if need be.
