Proceed with caution! These Fatalii peppers have an amazing smoky flavor but are hotter that tarnation! I usually cut a small piece and introduce it to a sauce for just a few moments in order for just a bit of the oil to work it’s magic. Please handle these with care and wash hand thoroughly afterwards. :)
